You have access to all 3 workshops.

These Open Prep Workshop will cover the basic techniques for performing a Kipping Pull Up, Muscle Ups, and Handstand Push Ups. All athletes will work on the movement patterning and timing, then athletes will be given full movement technique and practice and/or strength development exercises to build to the full movement. ALL participants will leave with a path to either perform the full movement eventually or develop the quality of their full movement pattern and strength.
