Billy has been our Head Coach for over 2 years. Always passionate about fitness, in college he began training friends in preperation for their first Tough Mudder race. After completing numerous mud runs and triathlons, he was introduced to CrossFit by a friend. What started out as a fun way to train, quickly turned into a true love and joy for him. A few quick months after learning about CrossFit he earned his Level 1 and began coaching others using CrossFit’s principles. Billy has been a CrossFit athlete and Coach for the past 6 years.  He has a Masters in Strength and Conditioning from LaGrange College, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA). Outside of the gym Billy enjoys volunteering, hiking, and spending time with his friends and family.
