CrossFit L1 CertificateMelissa has been involved with fitness and sports for most of her life including dance, basketball, softball, volleyball and rowing. Throughout college she continued to go to the gym but was looking for something more. She signed up for a few mud runs after having her son as motivation to get back into fitness. Eventually she found CrossFit and was instantly hooked.  ‘Seeing people dig deep during their workouts and cheering each other on was infectious and I knew this was where I belonged.’  After training for a few years she knew she wanted to be a part of helping others become the best versions of themselves. She has been coaching since 2016, and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. ‘There is nothing more rewarding or fulfilling, than watching somebody get their first handstand push-up, double under, or achieve a PR they have been chasing for a while.’
